• Creation of draft emails
• Calendar event management

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Respect the privacy and rights of email recipients

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Notenugget and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Notenugget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
